- Electrical installation condition report (EICR): £70 for standard 6-circuit boards, then just £10 for each additional circuit.
- Energy Performance Certificate (EPC): flat £45, house £50.
- GAS safe Certificate: from £60 including hob and boiler Check
- Installations: from £300 Per day, £160 Half Day,
- Minor works and repairs start at £70 for a callout, including the first hour, and then at £25 for each additional hour.
- Fault Finding Callout £70 within 10 miles of CR04SD and £100 outside 10miles.
Fusebox upgrade: £400 for standard 6-circuit board Supplied and fitted with circuits checked, then just £30 for each additional circuit
- House Rewires: £75 per socket, £50 per lighting point, £200 per oven/hob circuit, £200 for shower circuit £50 per data point, £400 for consumer unit, these prices are based on basic fitting supplied and may vary due to price of electrical cable fluctuation, Please contact us for a current quote, Consumer unit priced based on 6 Circuit with SPD protection.
