Service Provider Representatives shall perform services in accordance with good standards that are generally accepted in the United States of America on the Creation Date for the industry and profession relevant to services. The service provider shall correctly re-perform any substandard services without further cost to the licensee

If the licensee notifies the service provider in writing of the substandard services no later than 12 months after they are rendered. 

However, the service provider has no duty to incur costs for corrective re-performance that exceed the service fees paid for the services being re-performed.

If the equipment installed breaks under normal usage. The manufacturer’s warranty should cover these situations, is a separate entity and treated as such,

should the equipment or property provided to you become damaged under miss-use or insubordination that the warrenty will not cover this and the full cost of replace and repair will be charged to the persons ordering the work.  

THE CORRECTIVE RE-PERFORMANCE OF SUBSTANDARD SERVICES SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF LICENSEE, AND THE EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY OF SERVICE PROVIDER AND ITS RELATED PERSONS, FOR ANY ERRONEOUS OR SUBSTANDARD SERVICES, AND LICENSEE WAIVES ANY OTHER RECOVERY,
